Audition for Carroll's Got Talent!

Your Audition Form can be submitted here.

The Audition Submission Form closes on October 7th at 11:59pm.

Those auditioning have the option to submit an audition video or sign up for an audition time slot in the form.

Audition Video Guidelines:

  • Your video can not be more than 10 minutes long.
  • Individual Audition: Begin your video with a quick introduction no more than 2 minutes long that includes your name, year, major, involvements, and talent you are performing.
  • Group Audition: Begin your video with quick introduction of your group no more than 2 minutes long that includes your group name, how long your group has been performing together, and what your group talent is.
  • Your talent should follow your introduction. Your talent should be similar to what you would perform if chosen for Carroll's Got Talent. You may perform a different song, dance, etc. for your audition but final music will need to be submitted at the Contestant Meeting.
  • If you would need to use amplified sound for your talent, we encourage you to use amplified sound in your audition video.
  • The audio and image of your video should be clear and easy to view and hear.
  • If recording with your phone, be sure to record the video horizontal for easier viewing and formatting.

Video should be in one of the following formats:
WebM, .MPEG4, .3GPP, .MOV, .AVI, .MPEGPS, .WMV, .FLV, .ogg

Carroll's Got Talent is on November 17th, 2018 at 8:00pm. The showcase line up will be announced on October 12th, 2018 via e-mail to candidates and posting on the door to the Student Involvement Center.

If chosen to perform at Carroll's Got Talent you will be required to attend the Contestant Meeting (Date & Time TBD) as well as be available to attend the showcase practice from Noon to 5:00pm on the day of Carroll's Got Talent.

Dan DeMerit 
Associate Director of Student Activities/Director of Campus Recreation
