Align performance measures and practice intentional stewardship of resources to promote student retention and persistence to graduation.

Enhance the Carroll experience through co-curricular programs, health and wellness initiatives and professional development opportunities.

Facilitate student engagement in and serve as a resource to the community by providing quality programs and services.

Ensure a safe and welcoming environment and demonstrate a commitment to cultural competence through diverse interactions and global experiences.

The Student Handbook contains Carroll University's primary statements about student academic life, conduct, and the responsibilities of students and the University to one another, as authorized by the president or the Board of Trustees. Please note that individual programs within the University may also have their own handbooks, and you should refer to them for more specific information.

The Carroll University Student Handbook contains information current as of August 7, 2017; however, such information is not intended to be and should not be regarded as contractual. The information in the handbook is subject to change at the discretion of the University.

Carroll University seeks to resolve all student concerns in a timely and effective manner. To that end, this complaint process serves as an ongoing means for students to discuss concerns or register formal complaints that pertain to alleged violations of State consumer protection laws that include but are not limited to fraud and false advertising; alleged violations of State laws or rules relating to the licensure of postsecondary institutions; and complaints relating to the quality of education or other State or accreditation requirements.

The Offices of the Provost, Student Affairs, Admissions, Bursar, Registrar and Financial Aid all provide specific administrative means to address and resolve most, if not all of the questions and concerns you may have.
