Restriction and/or no contact orders are used when there has been a conflict, confrontation, or problem among students which results in a need to direct students not to have contact with another student or University official pending a formal conduct hearing or until the matter has been resolved. A student may be restricted from contact with other students, and/or University official(s), from a portion of campus, and/or from University property. Restriction and/or no contact orders will be issued in writing by the Office of Student Conduct. A restriction and/or no contact order are not subject to appeal. Violating a restriction and/or no contact order is a violation of the Student Code of Conduct.
