Or

You believe that a Carroll University student or employee committed a policy violation and/or crime against you.

Staff in the Office of Victim Services at Carroll University are not confidential reporters. We are subject to federal reporting requirements under Clery and Title IX. This means we are required to report all instances of sexual misconduct to the Office of Student Conduct. Reporting to OVS does not mean an on-campus investigation will occur, nor does it mean a criminal investigation will occur. Unless legally required, we will not give your information to Public Safety or the Waukesha Police Department without your permission. Rather, we report to the Office of Student Conduct to protect the campus community from potential threats and/or track when there are multiple allegations of misconduct against the campus community.

The Office of Victim Services is comprised of four staff members who are trained on the issues of trauma-informed victim advocacy, prevention education, and gender-based violence.
