Pioneers Volunteer at Carroll University is the University's student volunteer engagement program. With Pioneers Volunteer, students can find opportunities to volunteer in the broader Waukesha community. Those opportunities range from one-day, one-time service projects to ongoing volunteer placements. Pioneers Volunteer works with more than 30 community partners to provide a wide range of volunteer opportunities in focus areas like environmental sustainability, education, poverty alleviation, and health care.

Pios Volunteer!

Pios Volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House!

Pioneers Volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House on 11/17/18 - We served brunch to the families staying at the house!

“It was cool how even though the families came from all over, they formed their own community and supported each other.”

A group of Carroll students and alumni volunteered with Feed My Starving Children in Libertyville, Illinois on 2/2/19 to package nutritious food to be sent to malnourished children in 60+ countries.

“This was my first time volunteering at FMSC and I loved it! I really felt like I made a difference in a child’s life when I left. FMSC is a very fulfilling experience and a meaningful way to give back to the global community.”

All volunteers should have a waiver form on file with the Volunteer Center. Students engaged in a long term opportunity only need to file on out for the site. Each time you engage in a one-time project, you will need to fill this out and return to the Student Involvement Center.
