All full-time undergraduate students must complete either a housing application or an application to live off-campus. Applications are available by clicking on the “PioHousing Portal” below. Before you do so, please read the policies, tips and instructions carefully. Information that is requested in the applications will aid both you and the University in ensuring a successful transition to Carroll.

Step 1: Click on the PioHousing Portal. Click on 'Housing Applications' located in the top menu.
Step 2: Select the Academic Year 22-23 and click 'Continue'.
Step 3: Review your Personal Details. Select "Applying for On-Campus Housing"
Step 3: Review your Personal Details. Select "Applying for Off-Campus Housing".
Step 4: Review your Emergency Contact Information and complete the Missing Person Information.
Step 4: Complete Housing Exemption Form, providing necessary documentation as requested.
Step 5: Review and agree to the Student Housing License Agreement
Step 5: Read and agree to the application terms and conditions.
Step 6. Pay the $250 deposit
Step 6: Enter Parent/Guardian Information, if applicable.
Step 7. Select Room Preferences.
Step 7: Receive exemption decision.
*** Some students may automatically be granted exemption based on their age or credit standing. Please see the Residency Policy for more details.
