The Office of Reservations and Event Services is here to assist you with your event and meeting needs. We offer assistance scheduling meeting and event spaces, planning equipment and room layouts, and coordinating rentals. We work with University departments, student organizations, local businesses and organizations, as well as alumni. Our office also coordinates summer camps and conferences in conjunction with the Office of Residence Life and Housing.

The Pioneer Master Calendar is easily filtered to show you the events you want to see--from athletic events to academic deadlines (last day to drop classes, for example). 

You may select one or more calendar views, and filter your choices based on event type and/or location. You can even subscribe to one or more calendars.

We need motivated and dedicated students to assist with our over 14,000 annual events and meetings. We take a team oriented approach to providing the best customer service for our clients. 

About the Job: 

  • Set up and tear down University events across campus
  • Manage internal and external events 
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills to clients and assist them with their events
  • Ensure proper communication with supervisors and coworkers
  • Understand emergency procedures to be able to assist Public Safety in the event an emergency does occur
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned 


  • Full-time student

Once your event has been scheduled, don't forget to advertise! 

There are a variety of options available on campus for you to explore:

  • Campus Center Digital Display Board
  • Campus Center Posters and Outdoor Banners – Submit your request for posting space through the Pioneer Event Management System.
  • Sidewalk Chalking—Submit your request through the Pioneer Event Management System.
  • Fliers – may be no larger than 8.5”x11”. Fliers must be approved through the Student Involvement Center, a minimum of two weeks before your event to ensure proper distribution and posting.
  • Master Calendar – If in your request you indicated that you’d like your event posted on the calendar, there is nothing further you need to do! Your event will appear on the calendar shortly. If you do not see your event after three business days, email for assistance.
