The ITS Help Desk is located on the main level of New Hall.  The Help Desk is the central point of contact for IT-related issues, problems, questions & requests.

Move – In Hours for the ITS helpdesk:

Friday 8/28 – 7:30 am – 4:30pm

Saturday – CLOSED

Sunday 10 am – 2:00 pm

 

Normal hours resume 8/31:
M-TH 7:30-6:30pm, Fri 7:30-4:30pm

ITS Maintenance Schedule

During these scheduled Sunday maintenance dates, network resources may become unavailable at anytime during the 2:00AM – 10:00AM maintenance window. If there will be any major planned system outages scheduled on these dates, we will post this information here. Here is a list of upcoming maintenance dates:
