Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are offered to eligible employees through Diversified Benefit Services (DBS).

Fulltime and/or parttime employees may participate in benefits offered by Carroll University. Eligibility is based on the employee’s annual hours. Further details are available in the Human Resources Department.

An FSA allows an employee to set aside a portion of earnings to pay for qualified expenses as established in the cafeteria plan, most commonly for medical expenses but often for dependent care or other expenses.
