The mission of Carroll University’s Department of Human Resources is to enhance the current and future organizational effectiveness of Carroll University by increasing employees’ abilities to maximize performance. We are committed to supporting the mission of the University through the continued growth and development of Carroll University’s most valuable resource, its people.

The Human Resources Department is located next to the Public Safety Center on the corner of Wright St. and Charles St. Office hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding University holidays.
