Your First Pioneer Card

Welcome to Carroll University! We're excited to make you your first Pioneer Card!

The first step is submitting a photo of your choice. Registered students will receive an email this summer with instructions on how to take your picture and upload it to the Pioneer Card Office. The email will contain a personalized photo submission link just for you. Once your photo has been accepted/denied, we will notify you via your Carroll University email. Students living on campus will receive their Pioneer Cards on move-in day. First-year commuter and transfer students will receive their cards in their CCS classes. Graduate students may pick up their cards at the Pioneer Card Office located in the Campus Center.

Questions? Please contact the Pioneer Card Office or call 262.524.7367. See you on campus!

To limit the number of people at the Information Desk, the Pioneer Card Office now strongly encourages students/faculty/staff who need a replacement card to use Online Photo Submission. Please see below to learn how.

Need a replacement Pioneer Card?

Now you can upload a photo of your choice!

Lost, damaged, or stolen Pioneer Cards must be replaced, and if your old photo was taken more than six months ago, you'll need a new one taken. Introducing Online Photo Submission! Now you can take your photo on your smart device and upload it to the Card Office for placement on your new card.

To start, you'll need to email the Pioneer Card Office to request an Online Photo Submission invitation email. This invitation email contains a personalized link you'll use to upload your photo. Once your photo has been accepted (or denied), we will notify you via your Carroll University email.

Once your photo has been approved, your new card can be picked up at the Campus Center Information Desk. Our hours are currently 10am-2pm, Monday-Friday. All replacement cards cost $20. We accept cash, check, credit/debit, Apple Pay, and Carroll Cash.

IMPORTANT: Your current Pioneer Card will be deactivated as soon as we print your new card. All access and services will be transferred over to your new Pioneer Card. By submitting a photo, you acknowledge that you need a replacement Pioneer Card and agree to pay the $20 fee.
